Panthers' Davis says team won't re-sign him, vows not to retire
Linebacker Thomas Davis will not be on the Carolina Panthers' roster when next season kicks off.
Davis released a video Wednesday saying the Panthers informed him they are "(going) in a different direction" with the linebacker position. He vowed not to retire and says he will look for a new team to play for in 2019.
