A story Monday on Josie Pascottini, 108, included some incorrect information. The story should have said Pascottini was put to work at age 10 because her family was very poor and all eight children needed to work to support themselves and the family. Also, Pascottini retired around 1970, after working 50 years in Hamilton's cotton mills. The Spectator regrets the errors.
