Jabril Hassan Abdalla appeared in court briefly before the judge recused himself. Meanwhile Abdalla's two co-accused, Michael Graham Cudmore of Hamilton and Daniel Mario Tomassetti of Ancaster, are wanted on Canada-wide warrants.
