Brady: 'Zero' percent chance Super Bowl LIII is final game
The AFC hasn't seen the last of Tom Brady, as the New England Patriots quarterback told ESPN's Jeff Darlington there is a "zero" percent chance Super Bowl LIII will be his final NFL game.
The Future Hall of Famer has previously said he wants to play until he's 45.
Brady, 41, will play in his ninth Super Bowl next week when the Patriots take on the Los Angeles Rams after squeaking past the Kansas City Chiefs in last week's AFC Championship Game.
The five-time Super Bowl champion and three-time regular-season MVP led the Patriots to an 11-5 record in 2018 - his 19th season - while completing 65.8 percent of his passes for 4,355 yards and 29 touchdowns against 11 interceptions. He also added two rushing scores.
Brady has again upped his play in the postseason, completing 71.1 percent of his attempts for 691 yards and two scores over two games.
The four-time Super Bowl MVP opened as the clear favorite to win this year's award at even odds.
