Russia breaks treaty by deploying cruise missiles, so U.S. may pull out of agreement

Russia has been approached 30 times by the U.S. to stop deploying cruise missiles, because it violates an international treaty. They have not done so, and the U.S. now says it will pull out of the treaty in six months if Russia does not change its stance.
