Hamilton/Burlington SPCA is inviting Hamiltonians to fight cruelty with cupcakes. National Cupcake Day takes place on Feb. 25 and the SPCA is encouraging people and organizations to host a fundraiser and collect donations for abused, abandoned and neglected animals in Hamilton and Burlington.
