Tom Brady isn't receptive to fans and media personalities referring to him as the GOAT following his sixth career Super Bowl victory.

"I don't even like it, it makes me cringe," Brady said with a laugh to Michael Strahan of Good Morning America.

The 41-year-old New England Patriots quarterback said he is driven by criticism and prefers being called "trash," "too old," or "too slow" so he can prove people wrong.

Brady won his third MVP award in 2017 and was selected to his 14th Pro Bowl this year. He completed 65.8 percent of his passes for 4,355 yards and 29 touchdowns against 11 interceptions while leading the Patriots to an 11-5 record and the second seed in the AFC.

In the postseason, he upped his completion percentage to 68 but managed to throw just two touchdowns while being intercepted three times.

Brady and the Patriots have participated in four of the past five Super Bowls, winning three of them.

The accomplished veteran again reiterated a desire to play until he's 45.
