Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams won't flinch if he isn't the first person out of the green room on draft night.

"It's not really important to me to go No. 1," Williams said during an appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio, according to Pro Football Talk's Josh Alper. "I just really want to go. I'm just blessed to be in this draft class with these guys and meeting these top athletes and stuff like that. I'm just really not thinking about going No. 1, No. 2. I just want to be the best player that I can be for that team that I'm on and just create my craft."

Williams is viewed as a top-five prospect heading into the scouting combine in late February. He had 71 tackles and eight sacks at Alabama in 2018 and took home the Outland Trophy as the top interior lineman in college football.

"I'm all about working," Williams told NFL.com on Feb. 6. "My IQ level is through the roof. I can sit down and break down film of a quarterback and (identify) tendencies and stuff like that. I work very hard on the field and off the field. I'm a team player, I'm a coachable player and I really listen. I'm just ready to get out there and learn from the veterans, who I watch on Madden."

The Arizona Cardinals have the first pick in April's draft, followed by the San Francisco 49ers, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
