As police sought cellphone data for 11 suspects in a 2014 investigation, they deployed a Stingray in the heart of Yorkville, near Trinity Bellwoods Park, at the Dufferin Mall, at Vaughan Mills Mall and at a Toys 'R' Us store in Richmond Hill.
