Signpost: Locke Street work, Live Music Mondays, Youth Awards

Construction on Locke Street is entering a new phase. Traffic now only flows south between Herkimer and Hunter. On-street parking is still available. The city is replacing water mains and reconstructing the road and sidewalks. Urban braille, furniture, trees and a coloured concrete boulevard are also part of the project.
