Lawyer charged with theft and fraud in Caledonia case stripped of his licence

High profile Hamilton lawyer John Wallace Findlay has been stripped of his licence to practice law and ordered to pay back over $1.8 million in misappropriated funds meant for the plaintiffs of a Caledonia class action lawsuit.
