Arrest in Kamloops, B.C., after fleeing suspect jumps into car with police dog

Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says it began Wednesday afternoon when officials at a bank reported a man was allegedly impersonating a known client while trying to transfer a large amount of money from that person's account.
