The System 806: Internets

We are entering a new era. Things feel like they are both unifying and fracturing. As the "decentralized web" dies a slow and painful death (though I'd love to help bring it back), the big social media platforms feel more fragmented than ever. So finding people that have experienced the same cultural references as you is becoming more difficult than ever.

So if you remember Homestar Runner, the early Flash animations of the web, or saw that one thing that one time, I like to say that we're on "the same Internet".
