Thorlabs announces acquisition of Cirtemo

The acquisition includes two technologies: Multivariate Optical Elements for spectroscopic chemical analysis and Nanopatterning Tools known as MagAssemble, which were originally developed by MagAssemble, LLC and are used to "3D print" photolithography masks using nanoparticles.
