The Hamilton Conservation Authority advises residents to be careful around bodies of water because of higher levels and flows than normal due to recent rainfall. Localized flooding is expected in low-lying areas, including Upper Spencer Creek and Upper Stoney Creek. Adults are asked to keep children and pets away from water.
