This gentleman sowed discord and strife at a rooftop party and a coffee shop by affixing fake electrical outlet stickers to walls. People in need of a smartphone charge were dismayed to discover that free electrons would not be forthcoming. Such stickers are readily available at Amazon.com, a popular "e-tail" outlet on the World Wide Web.
