When Dallas Cowboys training camp begins Friday, head coach Jason Garrett expects All-Pro running back Ezekiel Elliott to be there.

"Yeah, we anticipate that. I've heard nothing different on that," Garrett said, per DallasCowboys.com's Rob Phillips.

A report surfaced last week that Elliott has privately said he'd hold out from training camp if he doesn't receive a contract extension.

"We're just focused on our team and the guys who are going to be there. Zeke's had a great offseason and certainly excited about what he can do for our football team," Garrett said.

Elliott is entering the fourth year of his rookie deal and, as a two-time NFL rushing leader, is scheduled to earn $3.8 million this season and $9 million on his fifth-year option.

The Cowboys have been trying to prioritize their contract extensions, as quarterback Dak Prescott and receiver Amari Cooper are entering the final year of their deals.
