Stop this “Democratic Socialism” Nonsense Now

Dear politicians and pundits: if you want to argue for single-payer Medicare, high taxes, or any other big-government policies, fine, do that. But don't call it-or in any way imply-that this is "democratic socialism." In throwing "democratic socialism" around like a cool-hip-woke thing, you are unwittingly rehabilitating the ideologies of the communists of the Soviet Union and the National Socialists of Nazi Germany.
