Ticket sales poor for NFL preseason game in Canada
Canada apparently isn't pumped about the NFL's impending return.
The Oakland Raiders are set to face the Green Bay Packers in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in Week 3 of the preseason, but ticket sales for the Aug. 22 game have been slow.
At the current rate, the 33,000-seat home of the Canadian Football League's Blue Bombers will barely exceed a quarter of its capacity for the matchup.
NFL kickoff in Winnipeg in 15 days is on pace to fill IG Field at 27 PERCENT CAPACITY.

The Oakland Raiders will battle the Green Bay Packers in front of just 8,944 fans.

Canada hasn't hosted an NFL game since the Buffalo Bills played annual contests at Toronto's Rogers Centre from 2008-13.
