Brown tells Roethlisberger to 'shut up already'
Antonio Brown apparently has no interest in rekindling his friendship with Ben Roethlisberger.
The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback said Monday he regretted calling out his then-teammate after last season's loss to the Denver Broncos because it "ruined a friendship."
But Brown rejected Roethlisberger's potential olive branch Tuesday in a response on Twitter:
Never friends just had to get my ends.......shut up already https://t.co/9130NN25HO

Roethlisberger called out Brown and Pittsburgh's receivers for their poor route running after the veteran quarterback threw an interception late in the fourth quarter on a pass intended for the now-Oakland Raiders wideout.
The Steelers lost the Week 12 contest, which was the start of a three-game skid that helped push Pittsburgh outside the playoff picture.
"I wish I wouldn't have done it," Roethlisberger told NBC's Michele Tafoya. "Because we saw what happened, and obviously, it ruined a friendship. I just got caught up in the heat of the battle."
The deteriorating relationship between Brown and Roethlisberger was apparently a major factor in the All-Pro's departure from Pittsburgh, and it appears that a reconciliation isn't in the cards.
