Report: Rolando McClain gets conditional reinstatement
by Alex Chippin from on (#4PA2M)
The NFL has conditionally reinstated linebacker Rolando McClain, a source told Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.
McClain, 30, last played in 2015, compiling 80 tackles, one sack, and two interceptions in 11 contests with the Dallas Cowboys. He was suspended in 2016 for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.
Drafted eighth overall by the Oakland Raiders in 2010, McClain spent three seasons with the Silver and Black before being released. The Alabama product signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2013 but went into a short-lived retirement a month later. McClain suited up for the Cowboys from 2014-15.
