It's a sure indication fall is near when the sidewalk out front of Lighthouse Fish Market on James Street North turn to the reds, greens and yellows of fresh tomatoes, peppers, beans and other produce. Elcina Miranda, whose husband Frank opened the store in 1985, spends long days helping customers and keeping the sidewalks filled with produce. After 34 years, Elcina and daughter Nelcy have the store up for sale. Frank passed away in 2016.
