Long time lurker, first post

Hello,
I've been a member here for a long time but never posted. I hop on here to get some quick answers and move on. I've been more of a Windows guy working in mixed environments. I am trying to make the transition to full time Linux admin. I'm hunting for a new job and I'm noticing that Windows admins are a dying breed.
