Question regarding the autosys machine creation
by drake_95 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4R07H)
Hello All,
I am new in this forum, usually I use it to find some solution as a normal user but now I am connected as requester.
So in fact I have 2 servers, primary and secondary (not in cluster mode) and I have to declared those servers in autosys.
These servers have to work like a cluster, it's mean if the primary server crash, we have to manually activate the application on the secondary server manually.
My part is on the autosys server, I want to create only one chain of jobs and just swap the server if the primary failed.
Is it possible to create an alias and just with one command change the server to launch the autosys job on the secondary server ?
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Regards,
Joil
