Help about Automatic wi-fi re-connection script

Hello,
my computer often has to stay connected to a particular wi-fi system that is "weak" (I do not know why it is so) and after some minutes kicks off the user. That's not achieved by means of dropping the wi-fi connection: if a ping command is running it suddenly just doesn't receive any more data.
If the wi-fi is manually disconnected and reconnected the data come again with no fail, so the service was not interrupted, just the user was kicked off.
I need a script or something similar that senses very quickly the data disconnection happening and performs a "hot" reconnection to the same wifi source.
Is it possible?
Thank you in advance
(at present time I am using a Kubuntu system but the script should be compatible also with other distros)latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=cST1Sg7z3YU:EpYeXIixyuI:F7zBnMy latest?i=cST1Sg7z3YU:EpYeXIixyuI:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=cST1Sg7z3YU:EpYeXIixyuI:gIN9vFwcST1Sg7z3YU
