Blue Jackets' Dubinsky likely to miss start of season with wrist injury

Columbus Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky is out indefinitely with a wrist injury and likely won't be available for the start of the regular season, general manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced Wednesday.
Dubinsky recorded six goals and 14 points in 61 games with the Blue Jackets in 2018-19 and added one goal in 10 playoff contests.
The 33-year-old winger is entering his 13th NHL campaign and has registered 153 goals and 438 points through 823 career games with the Blue Jackets and New York Rangers.
Columbus opens its season at home Oct. 4 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
