Replacing Windows server 2008 and Exchange 2007 with Slackware

Is it doable with Slackware?
The current server is being used as AD to authenticate workstations, as file server and Exchange is serving about dozen users.
All workstations are Windows.
Very light load on both the file and email serving.

I've set up file server using Samba before.
And long time ago I've had email server running using the default Slackware Sendmail.
I need at least a good IMAP and webmail but a little more functionality would be nice too.
I need GUI management (to show management that it's easy to admin their new server). Does Webmin still work well with Slackware?
Config changes will be done very seldom. Users rarely added or deleted.

Should I go with Debian or Centos instead?
I had used Redhat and Mandrake long time ago, and also Debian.
I still run OMV on my NAS.
But I really hate Debian. And I've never used Centos.
