Simple Scan - Tails - Driver problem

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with Simple Scan in Tails: Simple Scan needs to install the driver of my Samsung M2070FW printer+scanner. I have downloaded the drivers from the Samsung (HP) website, but I do not know how to install them in Tails for Simple Scan to work.
I managed to make the printer work by using a generic driver that was pre-installed in Tails - but that works for the printer, not for the scanner.
As you may have already realized, I'm not a computer expert (not at all). In addition I'm new to Tails and to Linux more in general.
