New Orleans Tricentennial Tower is a 320-foot-tall tower, complete with a double helix of observation gondolas, that has been proposed for New Orleans. The attraction is topped with an observation deck and restaurant, while the gondolas run down to ground level on two sets of rails that spiral around the structure. The proposed tower was designed by US Thrill Rides and is part of a redevelopment proposal for New Orleans' World Trade Center by Two Canal Street Investors.
