Man made 'racially motivated' comments, followed woman at Jackson Square: police

Investigators say the female victim was followed into the mall on King Street just after 8:30 a.m. on September 20 by a white man standing about 5-10 with a thin build and short brown hair who proceeded to make harassing comments as she walked through the building.
