The Minnesota Vikings appear determined to keep Stefon Diggs, but that doesn't seem to be stopping the rest of the league from trying its luck.

Teams have been calling Minnesota "like crazy" to inquire about a potential trade despite the Vikings' disinterest in dealing the wide receiver, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Diggs, who missed Wednesday's practice, voiced his frustrations with the Vikings on Thursday, fueling speculation he could seek a trade away from the NFC North club. He signed a five-year contract extension with Minnesota in July 2018.

Despite the week's drama, Diggs is active for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.

Minnesota fined the 25-year-old more than $200,000 for skipping multiple team meetings and practices, ESPN's Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter reported Sunday.

Under league rules, the Vikings could have voided Diggs' $40 million in guaranteed money due to his unexplained absences, but the team opted not to do so, sources told Rapoport.

Though Diggs hasn't yet called for a trade, the Vikings' top pass-catcher said Thursday "there's truth to all rumors" when asked about a report that his teammates are questioning whether he wants to remain in Minnesota.

He has caught just 13 passes for 209 yards and one touchdown through four weeks in one of the league's worst passing offenses.
