After Windows update missing Grub and Ubuntu

Hi guys,
I had a windows update yesterday. After the update i had to grub rescue - when i was finished my windows showed up and booted automatically. Since then grub doesnt show up, so i cant boot ubuntu. Did anyone have the same problem and can help me?
