unable to connect 3g digisol modem to get internet in the linux

i recently installed kali 2019-2 (64 bit) version and along with windows 10 dual boot. i have digisol dg-ba3370 modem , but when i insert the device ,it is not showing in the in kali but perfectly working in windows. the modem has install , dialup, uninstall scripts i took them in a pen-drive when i m using modem in windows.
copied the filed in "usr" in Linux as per the instructions and executed it in terminal . the install file takes APN ,username and password as inputs when executed . after that i executed dialup script it showing the error.
after installing the script if i tried through the mobile broadband option to dialup the connection its not showing the modem device.
