please build gimp-stable to use OpenCL.

Can gimp-2.10.x be built so that it takes advantage of OpenCL, or is that dependent on the type of video driver installed. I have Nvidia installed here to take advantage of OpenCL on the machine that runs -stable. It works fine in -current.
