fc 30 & amd 5700xt

okay, just built a new computer and trying to get a working os on it. i have...
amd 3900x
asrock x570 creator
2x corsair mp600 m2 nvme
corsair venegence 64 gb
2x xfx amd radeon 5700xt tiohc
okay, so i want to put winsuck on one and linux on the other. the problem is linux doenst want to go on. first i tried a live usb and that just completely failed. then i thought it must be something with the usb so i put fc 30 kde on a disc. now it actually goes through the install process however when it gets to the plymouth boot screen part, the gui, i get nothing. i assume this is a driver issue but how do i solve that on an install?
this has been a day and a half of battles so far. i would appreciate some help...
