USB Drive Won't Mount
by Reno232 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4SS15)
Hey folks, I have an ASUS laptop running Fedora 30 KDE. I recently backed up my files onto a Samsung 128GB usb flash drive before doing a fresh install of Fedora 30 KDE. The install went flawlessly but when I went to install my files from the USB flash drive it came up with the following:
"An error occurred while accessing 'BACKUP', the system responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/sdc1 at /run/media/Ted/BACKUP: Unknow error when mounting /dev/sdc1".
I have never had an issue with this drive and am in an absolute panic as some of these files are critical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
