Mint 18.1 Serina 32-bit after install ?

After i installed and upgrades mint serena 32-bit i saw the file type was ex2 & don`t see any way to change it-any advise ? I did not see Grub either but gparted so i plan on instaling Berg with GUI has anyone had any problems with Berg ? Can it be installed on serena 18.1 32-bit ?
