Installing Linux-3.19 API Headers in LFS giving error

I am on chapter 6 of LFS and it is giving such error.
root:/sources/linux-3.19# make mrproper
Segmentation fault(core dumped)
Please help me figure out what i am doing wrong.I spent the entire weekend doing this.I dont want to start from scratch now.
P.S i have entered chroot
