Longtime Linux Noob - New to Forum
by Corrupt-Liberty from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4SWRK)
Hello, just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a longtime Linux user but I still very much consider myself a noob. I can generally work things out with a Google search and some copy/paste action but usually only vaguely know what I'm doing.
I guess it's a testament to the great Linux community that I've made it this far without even having to post a question but the wall has to hit us somewhere. I mostly run Windows 10 for day to day stuff I do have an old HP server that runs Lubuntu for my Plex service. And now working on getting an older laptop running with Kubuntu (dual boot).
I really do enjoy faffing about with the command line as I grew up with MS-DOS. But I have been getting frustrated lately when my copy/paste shenanigans don't seem to be working. I hope I'm not too onerous a member and thanks in advance for any help you all can provide.
