There's a bit of of political kickabout over a second referendum as the former Tory, now LibDem, Sarah Wollaston and the Conservative MP Desmond swayne.
Swayne says with a smile that he believes Bercow is right, but adds: "By the same logic, It's quite right for the voters not to have to answer the same question again."

Bercow is warming up a bit now, telling Jenkin: "When he was getting decisions in his favour he was not grumbling. He is grumbling now because he is getting the judgements that he doesn't like."
