Tiny fonts in Telegram right click tray icon.

Hi.
I run Telegram (Qt app) on MATE. I just recently installed Debian 10. I've noticed the text is tiny when I right click the Telegram system tray icon. The font on other programs seems fine. Has anyone an idea on how to remedy this?
