Gparted taking way too long, is it stuck?

So i have a Windows 10/ manjaro dual boot setup and i wanted to move space from Windows to Linux. After some research i found about gparted Live. But in the final transaction, to actually allocate the 30 gig to my 100gb partitions is taking too long and the progress bar is stuck at where it was after 10 minutes, but everything else on the Live usb seems to be working fine.
Also i am moving the partitions to the left which i found out takes longer.

How can i know if it is stuck or it Just takes too long?
What is a safe way to cancel this operation?
