Debian: No boot From USB stick on Toshiba Satellite C855

Hello,
I wanted to install Debian (10.1.0 AMD64 XFCE)on a Toshiba Satellite C855 with Windows 10 installed, but the installation routine doesn't start from the USB stick. You can see my BIOS settings on the images. Is there anything wrong with them? Thanks for any help.
