Mesa 19.2.2 and headers

I'm looking at Changes in the release notes:

https://www.mesa3d.org/relnotes/19.2.2.html

Quote:
meson: rename `glvnd_missing_pc_files` to `not glvnd_has_headers_and_pc_files`
meson: move a couple of include installs around
meson: split headers one per line
meson: split Mesa headers as a separate installation
meson: skip installation of GLVND-provided headers
Does this mean we now have to build libglvnd with headers enabled again? Currently, our libglvnd is built with --disable-headers

This conflict is getting tiring.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=RTWXSOiJz-s:1pcPNa1RvG0:F7zBnMy latest?i=RTWXSOiJz-s:1pcPNa1RvG0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=RTWXSOiJz-s:1pcPNa1RvG0:gIN9vFwRTWXSOiJz-s
