Virtualbox / Remote Desktop: sharing media with remote Windows 7 Guest
by retiem from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4T63D)
Hi there,
I have a headless Windows 7 Virtualbox Guest running on an Ubuntu server host on my LAN. I connect to the Guest machine from a remote (Kubuntu) system on the same LAN using KRDC.
Is it possible to share media between the remote machine and the Guest machine via KRDC / Remote-Desktop protocol directly? I see that the KRDC connection configuration window has a "Share Media" field.
If yes, how can I see the remote shared folder from within the Windows Guest machine?
Many thanks! :hattip:
Regards.
