Bond not working since upgrade to Fedora 31

Hello,
I was using lacp bond interface containing 4 ethernet devices until upgade Fedora 30 to Fedora 31 version. Now everything seems correct, but I can see no communication. I tried to boot to old kernel from Fedora 30 and also tried to downgrade NetworkManager from the Fedora 30 repository. Both did not help.
When I moved the vlan configuration to different interface not in bond, the communication is back. What could be the problem?
