How to find out laptop screen hardware?

So, I got a ThinkPad x250, yay!

According to this, it comes in many different variants (more than the three shown in the table).

I would like to find out what sort of screen this laptop has, namely an IPS or a disappointingly mediocre TN.
The resolution is 1366x768, the processor is a Core i5-5200U, RAM is 8GB.
That would point to the "medium" model with an IPS, but I see nothing to confirm this. Not on the machine; I'm guessing the previous owner must have removed a sticker from the bottom.

How can I find out the screen type beyond guessing?

I tried
Code:lshw -C display
xrandr -verbose
hardinfoOnly xrandr gives something beyond the resolution - an EDID for example.
Could that be used to define the hardware used?
Or what?

edit: tried Code:dmidecodetoo.
That gives a lot of info, but nothing that obviously talks about screen type.

edit2:
OK Code:dmidecode | grep -A8 "System Information"gives the sort of detail I'd expect on a bottom sticker, but still nothing about the screen itself.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=ygFD3_F7Sk4:7Qh7vR-7244:F7zBnMy latest?i=ygFD3_F7Sk4:7Qh7vR-7244:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=ygFD3_F7Sk4:7Qh7vR-7244:gIN9vFwygFD3_F7Sk4
