Xandros Hybrid Bootsplash

Here you can see that Xandros is using a hybrid kind of bootsplash, which is showing logo with embedded text messages (on left), which is looking beautiful. So, my question is that can I use such kind of bootsplash in my current distro (manjaro)? and How can I use it?
