CD player recommendation please
by dugan from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4TKQJ)
I still have my CD collection and I want to start listening to it again. I want to spin the discs directly without ripping them to an intermediate format first.
What Linux CD player is relatively up-to-date and well-maintained?
I'd prefer a TUI, but GUIs are fine too.
EDIT: A web search shows that it's just MPlayer, vlc or mpv with a cdda:// url, and maybe Cava in another terminal split as the visualizer.
Good?
