Upgraded to Fedora 31 and now no password manager
by terry-duell from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4TM8D)
Hello All,
I upgraded from Fedora 30 to 31 a few days ago and now find that I cannot open my passwords file. It would seem that the password manager that I have been using for years, has gone missing, and I have forgotten which software I was using and thus far can't find a record.
The software stored passwords and related data in an encrypted file named "passwds", if that gives anyone a clue.
I have searched for password managers and 'revelation' seems to ring a faint bell, but cannot find a version for F31.
Others that I have tried are 'KeepassX' and 'Mypasswords', but neither seem to recognise my passwords file.
Any help in locating the correct password manager will be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Terry
